AMARI

Amaro is the Italian word meaning “bitter” & describes a family of herbal liqueurs commonly enjoyed as digestifs

Campari –7
Orange and grapefruit aromas with the palate starting off sweet and transitioning to bitter. Try as an aperitif to awaken the palatte.

Aperol – 7
Campari’s nicer, prettier cousin will brighten your day with tangerine zest layered atop spicy herbal notes.  Wonderful way to start a meal.

Cynar – 8
Although made from artichokes, it smells and tastes like buttery honey, with prevalent tobacco notes and an astringent, herbal finish

Amaro Nonino – 9
This grappa based amaro is infused with saffron, rhubarb, bitter orange and tamarind
